Please note that Colorado does NOT recognize out-of-state medical cards; there is no reciprocity.

What is a valid form of ID?

The State of Colorado has specific guidelines that determine the validity of an ID, and what is an acceptable form of valid ID to use to purchase cannabis. A valid ID includes:

• Individual Name

• Photo

• Current Address

• Expiration Date (NOT expired)

• Birthdate that indicates an age of 21 or older

• In good condition (no cracks, chips, damage OR the inability to read essential information)

• An identification card, including a temporary identification card, issued by any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or any U.S. territory, for the purpose of proof of age using requirements similar to those in sections 42-2-302 and 42-2-303, C.R.S.;

Mighty Tree will NOT accept IDs that are expired, cracked, chipped, or taped together.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Is there a maximum amount of product I can purchase or possess at one time?

Yes! Daily purchasing limits apply on both medical and recreational.

Recreational: 1oz of flower, 800mg of infused products (i.e. edibles, tinctures), and 8g of concentrate/vapes.

Medical: 2 oz flower, 20,000mg of infused products (i.e. edibles, tinctures), and 8g of concentrate/vapes.

Please note medical patients can get an exemption from the medical purchasing limits. Patients that choose to sign over with us can purchase per their EPC (extended plant count) allowance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, Mighty Tree accepts cash and debit. We are unable to process credit card transactions.

We have an ATM on site for your convenience.

Please note you may not exchange cash while on the premises with another customer. If we see you do it, we will have to ask both parties to leave and will be unable to sell to you that day.

Do you Deliver?

Not at this time. We hope that Colorado can establish a better framework to support delivery in a way that is equitable and gives delivery businesses the tools to succeed and reach customers.

The cannabis consumer is often the forgotten stakeholder in regulatory framework. We anticipate the barriers to entry will be addressed as the market matures.

Am I allowed to drive with cannabis in my car?

Absolutely! Just make sure it remains in a sealed container or package, and is unused.

Don’t drive while high!

Can I bring cannabis back home with me to another state?

Under no circumstance should marijuana be transported to another state.

All cannabis products purchased in Colorado must be consumed in Colorado, it is illegal to leave the state with any cannabis you have purchased during your visit.
